Planning Schedule

A filming schedule is important for our group to have so we know what shots we are filming at what location and in what order we will be filming them in. The schedule saves time as we know what we are doing and we are not making it up as we go along which will would be very time consuming. Furthermore it prevents us filming any unnecessary scenes and prevents us from missing any scenes out whilst filming. This could also be done with the editing so we only need to do everything once which would save time and make our video much easier to make.

Overall we did conform to the schedule and we followed all of the locations and time scales that we wrote down. However at certain points we did add things such as new scenes and camera angles which we felt that would look better than what we had planned. At some point we believe that there was continuity issues such as our actor wearing slightly different trainers and trousers whilst keeping the same jacket. Although in the dark of most scenes this can not be seen clearly at all and so we will be keeping previous footage which would be very hard to retake.

  1. You have made a basic start in explaining what the purpose of a filming schedule is. However, the table that you have included above does not fully show enough understanding of planning and this is because you have only planned 7 scenes, when you have a lot more include.

Therefore, you need to ensure that you have fully followed your storyboards to complete this post.
